I liked how Jesus taught the man that materials aren't everything in life and that if he was going to live with his girlfriend he should get married first.
Jesus shows the man that to be truly happy he must free himself from sin and follow God and his rules. Christ teaches him to pure happiness in life and not in material things. To be happy he can give all the new things he bought that he thought made him happy to a charity. Also by growing a proper relationship with his girlfriend in the right way through marriage, to avoid sin.
In the video, the man learns that true happiness is acheived through following God and his commandments. The man should change his lifestyle with his girlfriend to avoid sin before marriage. God tells the man him not to seek happiness through material items. The man should look for happiness in God and his teachings.
